2. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms apply to all Estimates, orders, and authorisation of Works.
2.2. I reserve the right to decline work at My sole discretion.
2.3. These Terms take precedence over any terms submitted by the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing or attached as a schedule to a signed contract.
2.4. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2.5. Authorisation of any Works shall be taken as acceptance of these Terms.
3. Estimates, Authorisation, and Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Unless explicitly marked as fixed, all Estimates are subject to change.
Each Estimate includes a breakdown of labour and materials where applicable.
A copy or link to these Terms will be provided alongside the Estimate.
Authorisation to proceed with Works or materials purchase confirms the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and forms a binding Contract.
3.2. Pricing Structure
Charges consist of labour, materials, and where applicable, travel costs.
All materials required for the Works are charged at cost and simply passed on to the Client, with no mark-up.
Material costs may fluctuate due to supplier pricing and delivery fees. Prices will be confirmed with the Client prior to purchase. Once agreed, the Client remains liable for reimbursement, even if the Works are later cancelled.
Labour is charged hourly (in half-hour increments with a two-hour minimum), or at half-day and full-day rates, in accordance with the published pricing. See Section 4.
For works outside a 10-mile radius of Exeter, travel is charged at 50p per mile.
Parking fees, tolls, congestion charges, and other unavoidable expenses are chargeable and will be communicated to the Client where possible.
3.3. Materials Collection
Where materials are delivered, the supplier's delivery fee is included.
Time spent collecting materials during Works or Additional Works will be charged at the applicable labour rate.
